For this edition of project plastic cup, we will teach you how to make a beautiful Christmas decoration using eco-friendly plastic cups. This may be a dangerous project for children, so be sure to have adult supervision when children are present.
For this project, you’ll need about 50 clear plastic cups, preferably recycled, outdoor mini lights, a stapler, a drill and wire or ribbons.
First, slowly and carefully drill a hole on each of the clear plastic cups. You can stack them up so you can finish faster. Make sure not to break the cup.
Now, here comes the fun part! Insert the mini lights into the plastic cups through the holes you made earlier. Make sure to leave the plug hanging out. Get some wire or ribbon and staple or attach it to a cup. You can now hang your homemade holiday plastic cup decoration. Turn on the mini lights and enjoy the sight!
Who says plastic cups are bad for the environment? At the end of the day, it all depends on how you use it. With your creativity and imagination, plastic cups can certainly go a long way.
